6-Week Program?

When you say that you run, are you running around a track or just on a treadmill? Both are very different, as you might know. I've just started running around here outside, and it's been pretty nice. I run downhill for about 10-11 minutes, and then uphill for about 10-11 minutes. My goal is to be able to run for 30 to 45 minutes without stopping and with ease. Maybe get the runner's 'high'.

Ah yes I failed to mention i'm running on the treadmill, and I've left it set at the 1.0 incline setting to try and even out the difference from running on that compared to an actual track. I'm going again today to just work on endurance again and will do the same wed/thurs then on sat or sunday i'll try to see what my new fast pace is. I'm so excited about running again, it really does release a ton of endorphans and make you feel great, just gotta stick with it.
