Overclocking the AMD Phenom II fun!

They've tested it in -280ºC with 6.5GHz overclock.

-273.15°C is absolute zero. Anyway, I don't think heat will be as much of a problem as the vcore. Once/if you hit 1.5V and find your best, stable overclock, it's probably your limit unless you want to put your system under significant stress and risk.
