This is false. There should be no speaking in the bathroom, especially if you are urinating. Any sort of eye contact could actually start a fight, or at the very least spark some insults.

Hahaha, I knew that was coming. I guess I left out my asterick after my statement. I guess it depends really on how long the dating was going on. Obviously if said couple had been dating for a few months+ then it would probably be outta line anyways.
