Here in Holland you cant do anything to anyone else, unless it's in self defense. So if you find a burglar in your house all you can do is call the cops. You cant even touch him, I think...
No offense, but if I were you I'd try to get the hell outta that country. Don't go to France, though, that's like taking a step back in time, or another dimension... not quite sure. Just don't go there.

Why? Crime rates are significantly lower in Holland than in the states. Stay, man! Stay!

We were doing some thing to do with Capital Punishment in RS today, and one of the facts we found out was:

Numbers of homicidal crimes in States (of America) with the Death penalty are almost double those in States without the Death Penalty.

We also find some weird facts about the Bible...for example:

The Bible requires the Death Penalty for crimes such as:

- Murder
- Adultery
- Sex before Marriage
- Homosexual Behaviour
- Working on a Saturday

and calls for some criminals (for exmaple, prostitutes who are daughters of priests) to be burned to death.

I was wrong, coincidentally I had to solve a similair case today for one of my assignments. I looked it up in the law and apparently when you catch someone in the act, you and everyone have the authority to apprehend that someone.

Could it be thought of as manslaughter?
