I agree with those guys.

... So strange, why would you shoot a man who's stealing? You might actually get arrested instead for assault, not to mention if you made a mistake, you're in shit, knee deep...

I rather do this, confirm that the person is stealing, make sure what he's stealing is actually vital for survival and that he's doing it for a good cause. Ignore him if it is, but investigate further... And if all goes wrong, or if he's just being greedy or if he was a bitch stealing/looting or if he harmed another innocent bystander. Well... Go kung fu on his ass, it's easy, c'mon.

Or if not, just go into an all out brawl.

!King_Amazon! 2005-10-09 12:27 AM

Fuck that, cap the nigger.

Welcome, to Britain!

About 3 or 4 years ago a man was sent to prison after shooting two burglars who were in his house. One in the back and one in the leg I think. Anyway, big court case followed, guy was eventually sent to prions and the burglars got compensation.

Last year, the guy came out of prison and a law was passed. It is now legal for you to shoot a burgalr in your home in self-defence, as long as you don't go for the head.

Yea. I think it's some perverse misunderstanding of justice on their part.

HandOfHeaven 2005-10-09 12:57 PM

Haha !K_A! is a loser!

But the US has laws saying that you are able to protect your property... which means killing anyone who you don't want stepping foot on your lawn.

I hate the American Judicial system.

State laws vary from state to state. From what I've heard, you can mow anyone down in Texas who is stealing from you. I'm not gonna try to find Texas laws online, they probably only exist on paper.

I think the worst story I've ever heard was about this guy attempting armed robbery and he tripped on something in the person's yard that caused him to break his ankle. Anyways he sued the owner of the house on the grounds that there wasn't proper lighting on the walk up to his house. I guess wherever the hell it was, there was some stupid ass law, because he won the suit.

Just so you all know, once I get outta the military, I'm going to college. Then after college, when I own a house, I'm gonna buy
a) A Templar's Sword
a) Some Sort of Pistol, this one looks cool
b) An AR-15(unless some other left wing gets in office)

Feel free to rob my house if you can. If I find you though, god help you. My Pistol will most likely be under my bed. My AR-15 will probably be in a closet nearby, and my Templar's Sword will probably be on the wall somewhere, as I really don't plan on using that. Oh and sure I won't aim for your head, but I'm very inaccurate, ask DeLong. I'm also gonna use multiple double taps... er I mean controlled pairs. If I were you, I'd come armed. Good Luck.

Challenge accepted!!

lol, j00 is 1 paranoid mofo!

Kaneda 2005-10-09 07:13 PM

You could be sleeping on a pile of guns and it wouldnt do you any good if a intelligent person wanted to rob you. Most likely though it'll be some junkie that needs money.

Sovereign 2005-10-09 08:20 PM

Fine. I'll just jack a tank and run your ass over. Then steal your sword.

Thanatos 2005-10-09 09:48 PM

Good luck finding a tank to steal. Trust me, it ain't easy.

Sure sure Sovereign then I'll get a nuclear missile and... STFU you idiot. Even if you got in a tank, you'd most likely blow yourself up.

Yea and if someone really wanted to rob me sure they could. If someone careless comes in or that guy who wants to rob me wakes me up without killing me, well... I've already explained that in detail. Really there's probably no need for the assault rifle. I may hold off on that if there's not a shooting range anywhere nearby.

1dumMan 2005-10-09 10:11 PM

yo man thats a nice pistol but it looks like a pellet gun...u sure thats a real one?? i got the same one man...and its even got the laser site....hate to be dissin on ya....but its true.....also...go for the assualt rifle...its still fun...i know plenty of ranges around where u live man...i used to shoot my rifles there....and if i dont rmember my dad knows..u know me man...but as for the other posts....yeah u can legally kill someone intruding in ur house if you think they are there to harm you

S2 AM 2005-10-09 10:16 PM

Ya not sure about that pistol. I just searched for pistol on google, and there it was. Looked like the Magnum from Turok: Rage Wars, so I just posted it. Trust me the one I get won't shoot BBs.

No offense, but if I were you I'd try to get the hell outta that country. Don't go to France, though, that's like taking a step back in time, or another dimension... not quite sure. Just don't go there.
