I rather do this, confirm that the person is stealing, make sure what he's stealing is actually vital for survival and that he's doing it for a good cause. Ignore him if it is, but investigate further... And if all goes wrong, or if he's just being greedy or if he was a bitch stealing/looting or if he harmed another innocent bystander. Well... Go kung fu on his ass, it's easy, c'mon.

Or if not, just go into an all out brawl.

About 3 or 4 years ago a man was sent to prison after shooting two burglars who were in his house. One in the back and one in the leg I think. Anyway, big court case followed, guy was eventually sent to prions and the burglars got compensation.

Last year, the guy came out of prison and a law was passed. It is now legal for you to shoot a burgalr in your home in self-defence, as long as you don't go for the head.

State laws vary from state to state. From what I've heard, you can mow anyone down in Texas who is stealing from you. I'm not gonna try to find Texas laws online, they probably only exist on paper.

I think the worst story I've ever heard was about this guy attempting armed robbery and he tripped on something in the person's yard that caused him to break his ankle. Anyways he sued the owner of the house on the grounds that there wasn't proper lighting on the walk up to his house. I guess wherever the hell it was, there was some stupid ass law, because he won the suit.

My AR-15 will probably be in a closet nearby, and my Templar's Sword will probably be on the wall somewhere, as I really don't plan on using that. Yea and if someone really wanted to rob me sure they could. If someone careless comes in or that guy who wants to rob me wakes me up without killing me, well... I've already explained that in detail. Really there's probably no need for the assault rifle. I may hold off on that if there's not a shooting range anywhere nearby.
