I don't dream much any longer due to my irregular bedtimes. 5 am seems to have been my target bed time for the past month or so. And take my word of advice, DON'T eat just before bedtime. I usually end up with nightmares that way. I had four horrible, vicious bloody nightmares in a row one night because I ate a bag of chips (or crisps for you cockney wannabes). Bleh. So don't.
