Hop damn son, you got me by an inch... I'd say your goal should be 195-200 lbs. I'm 6'2", 192 lbs., and I'm still trying to lose just a couple pounds to define my Abs a little more.
Wow, thats a shitload of growth for one year. I'm 16, 6'4",215 pounds, I'm not that concerned with my weight. I'm not "cut" or anything, but I am far from being fat, in high school most girls don't really care if your muscular or anything.
