I created a barb, he uses a ethereal breath of the dying sword (397%ed), or a 500%ed rare ethereal selfrepair sword, filled with 3/20/20, blood rings and ammy's in 2 words a cookie-cutter. On secondary there are 2 BO weapons.

PS: I was too lazy to do the resist quests in act 5, so if u want to do them, but h handles his own really well. Also when in multiplayer games u should use the swords 2-handed (without shield). He has max block only with the runeword sword.
