Missed that question...Well let's see....
2 socket, 40% WIAS on a 0 Base speed Great Poleaxe. Range 5...
See if they have changed anything....if not...probably double shael for 80% Ias. Make a Druid and use that against Sorc...and other spellcaster.
Can't remember if it is 80% IAS though...
