I agree, and I tend to take care of most conflicts without being banned, but the respect for moderators is at a serious low, and everyone must remember that they are doing a job. I have banned a number of people for variated, serious reasons, but if the respect level is dropping horribly, well then I think we could all use another level of rule enforcement.
