How do i tell what my fps is i need step by step help like right click properties steeings ect... help

go in to consule and type in stat fps

open the game then hit ~ and then type in stat fps

oh aa i dont have i use my uncs comp until my comp comes and that will be another 2 months or so and aa dont work on his.
