bugged lvl 104 req gloves

Any crafted item can get over level 100 req, and no they aren't bugged. The way how crafted item level req is created is by the combined level requirements of the modifications on it, which make crafted items with +2 skills and charges around level 88 req, and toss in a couple other mods can make it over 120.
