bugged lvl 104 req gloves
 

eh theres nothing really special about these gloves except well no one will ever be able to use them heh anyone every crafted gloves like these?

Any crafted item can get over level 100 req, and no they aren't bugged. The way how crafted item level req is created is by the combined level requirements of the modifications on it, which make crafted items with +2 skills and charges around level 88 req, and toss in a couple other mods can make it over 120.

they are bugged it is a bug that lets them add up to over 99
its not that rare but the bug is the fact that it is over 104

Actually, I think the lvl requirement will be different if you have it on a Zon, due to the Lightning strike charges.
