Tell us exactly what you would want to do if you were the head administrator of Zelaron. What should be changed, and what shouldn't? Simply brainstorm as much as you wish, but don't forget to post the actual result.

I would:

Modify the gfx forum so it's subforum based (tutorials, sig forum, showcase...)
De-admin/De-mod who is inactive
No post count in WLT
Take out that pic in the quick reply box to something less distractive
Have the background for the forums be one huge wallpaper.
Make it so that you can use more than 1 sig
Change the user rank titles
Add the RPG character hack + battle hack

That's it for now...

I would delete all forum themes except Ocean and I would make a forum called flame graviton
