I was about to post this

But at the same time 3 people I know are voting for Obama because they want a black president. They have said they don't care about his views or ideas.

Then again a few of my moms friends are voting for Hillary because they want to see a woman president.

It's just politics. I think everyone should find a candidate that they agree with, wether it be Hillary, Mccain or Obama. Not because McCain is a white guy, Hillary a woman and Obama a black guy. You shuold atleast put forth the effort and not be so ignorant in making your choice.

However, to back Obama: Clinton garnered something like 90% of the African vote while he was in the primaries, as well as the general election so it's nothing new for people living in the same area to think similar and choose the same candidates.

This election is going to be stupid. Very few people seem to actually know whats going on, the rest are voting on race or gender. This is what America has degraded too.
