Well, the Jaguars had a busy weekend, somewhat sad and also inspirational looking towards the future.
Jerry Porter has been added to the roster. A great receiver, at age 29 definately has potential to quickly become the #1 receiver here in Jacksonville. With the return of Mike Williams among a nice sleu of tight end's coming off of IR, the Jaguars are going to be sick this year
Sadly, Marcus Stroud (#99 big ass D lineman) was traded to Buffalo for the acusition of a 3rd and 5th round draft pick.
The Jaguars also signed Troy Williamson.. a speedy, speedy receiver from the vikings.

Drayton Florence (CB from SD) also signed, pretty good, quoted at entering his
prime will fit in snugley into the scheme here in J-ville.
As well as letting Quinn Gray go (to try new things) Cleo Lemon has been signed from the Dolphins (probably their ONLY hope at QB..) has now been added as the #2/#3 QB on the Jaguars roster. The Jaguars spent a total of $26 million over the weekend, and are taking those steps to draft possibly two new defensive lineman and make that push to the Playoffs, once again.
Anyhow, i'm really excited at the acusitions the Jaguars have made, and i'm really ready to have the draft take place, which is only like 3 weeks away now!
