Issues with windows xp, help again.

It is me again asking for some help this time it is nothing big, I think.

I dual-booted my brothers system and his installed all of the proper drivers and is just fine. But there is only one real issue, and that is when I move a program or windows explorer box it lags and I don't have a clue why. Video games, fine. Programs, work just fine. Dragging a box, major lag. Resolution 1024x768. Colors 32bit. Yes this systems was vista first and the Win XP was installed on a partition. Hopefully this isn't a big job to try and figure out what is wrong otherwise I think I'll go to a tech forums, and try to fix this minor annoying issue.

Don't know if this will solve the lag, but if you have XP you should have this for better performance.

Well, we never actually got a report back saying if it worked or not, so in theory, advice is still being asked for as the problem hasn't been expressly stated as solved.
