Including the end of his post? When it's a longer chain of capitalized words, especially words not necessarily capitalized in titles, it becomes a chore.

I prefer all caps. Though not grammatically correct, it does convey certain tones better than bold or italics. Subverting the rules of grammar for expression should be allowed.

I concur, sometimes I feel the need to use all caps to express my rage and/or extensive skills in capitalization.

If It Gets Out Of Hand, Im Sure The Mods Can Step In If Somebody Is Abusing It, But Then Again They Don't Have Shit To Do So Why Not Atleast Try And Give Them Something To Do.

(ON LEAP YEARS ONLY) Change something that is insignificant and wasn't on the TOP things to change on everybody's list, say that you've done all you can and call it a day.
