Take the test, and see if the result conforms to your current social and economic ideals. It also compares your result to various "celebrities" such as Ghandi, George W. Bush, Dalai Lama, Margaret Thatcher, and Hitler, based on their past public statements and actions.

I am:
Economic Left/Right: -5.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.74

No, that doesn't mean I'm giving everyone a moderator position. It implies I disrespect authority as much as... an anarchist version as Ghandi. Awesome!

When I realized this forum needs more ameliorations than an incrementally changing number in its post counter every 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes a while to adapt to your brain functions.

What does the political compass tell you?

Hmm...?
Perhaps we share a lot of economic ideals?

I like to think that I have common sense. Most of the questions were dorky, though. I felt I answered with a tinge more conservatism than I might have usually, and I am still way out there when most people would label me a liberal/moderate, not super-progressive-anti-establishment-nomad-anarchist.

I'm somewhat surprised. I would have expected you to be deeper into the negatives on both aspects.

I don't really get what it all means... but I'll still say, with surprise "Really?! !"

How come, out of interest?
