Do you have a personal preference?

I can watch either but I tend to like the character designs with the larger eyes more interesting.

I tend to prefer the normal-sized eyes. From what I've seen, normal eyes tend to make for a more serious character, though that isn't always the case.

I don't like the silly drawn anime as much. The more serious ones are more appealing .

I usaully watch the bigger eyed anime, but I draw and like the realistic eyed type. I dunno, I guess all the series I like have bigger eyes... Except Mononoke Hime! Don't forget that! But... Thats just a movie... *cries in corner, stabs Shugo from .Hack*

Most of the shows have larger eyes than normal.

It's never bugged me, even in more serious shows as long as it isn't overdone.

Yeah... I saw a show once where the eyes were bigger than the peoples bodies.*shivers* They just kept staring at each other... I had nightmares for weeks...JK, no, it was some really weird japanese kid's anime.
