I'd suggest a Redeemer w/ +4 to HB and Redemtion. Thats going to be GG for your ass plus theyre easy to come by. It does more dmg to demons and undead too.
Also get some FCR gloves Mages or Trangs. Waterwalks are alright if you get +40 to lifes, but I'd try for some cheap Marrowalks or Scarabshells. Might as well get a Gangel too.
I don't understand the reason for getting three different independent auras if you can only use one at a time. I'd probably ditch Redemption and just stick with a few points in salvation to get more holy shield and defiance. As for items, I really can't put forth the effort right now to maximize efficiency (and you're not interested probably, since you're working on a limited budget).
I think I'd end up with 20 prayer, meditation, defiance, holy bolt, and holy shield, 6 in salvation, and 1 point in prereqs. That's at level 99. I'd put my 6 points in salvation before 93 of course. Save defiance for last probably. That's assuming you want to be able to heal well and stay alive. Seems logical to me.
