The Worlds of Muldrum

A little about the Worlds of Muldrum...

The worlds of Muldrum are seven different worlds. Each one is different to the others. On each world, different things are true, such as on Aluirian magic used to rule, but has been in decline ever since the Great Wars; whilst on Escalote, there is no magic. But there is a strange race of imps - small creatures that casue havoc wherever they go...

The Books...

The worlds of Muldrum are immortalised in a series of books that I am in the process of writing. Each book (apart from the first) takes place on a different world. Some books ave obvious sequels (such as The Lair of the Dragon follows on from The Power Pernicious) whereas others don't...as yet.

One document attached (The Worlds of Muldrum - About the Books) describes what each book is about. I wrote it mostly for me to look at etc...but it explains my point so...the one in red (The Sand in the Sock), I'm still trying to work out what the name of the world should be...any ideas are appreciated.

There are 12 books in development so far, and I add to the number whenever I have anew idea that could work in Muldrum. These books are (in order that I thought them):

- The Power of Seven
- The Dream-Maker
- The Way of the Imp
- The Plot in the Snow
- The Fall of a Kingdom
- The Sand in the Sock
- The Seven Steps to Life
- The Power Pernicious
- The Lair of the Dragon
- The End of an Age
- The Books of Lenny
- The Reapers Reap

As I've said, the doc (About the Books) will explain more.

The Worlds

There are, as I have said, 7 worlds. These worlds are:

- Quymaj
- Aluirian
- Klomar
- Escalote
- Neuropia
- Lehgard
- San Breaon

The other doc attached (Planning) is the planning for Muldrum. It contains all the worlds descriptions (v. undescriptive - they are more or less pointers to help me remember) and where each book is set.

----------

So that is mostly it about Muldrum...I may post some of the books later...

I'm unhappy with the name San Breaon...which became San Breaon because I was unhappy with Ymattenanj...

The place is a desert. A dsic-shaped world that is one big desert. Any ideas for a new name for it??
