If I get an item that gives +8 to energy shield, and max telek, will the synergy affect the lvl 8 ES I got from the item?

I believe so... Even if they are gained from items the synergy should still work. It doesn't work the other way around, though. Duh.

Charges from items add synergy bonuses to normal skills (Marrowwalk bug), but I'm not sure if it works the other way around. To be honest, I would likely say 'No', since you lack the skill to begin with, but it's all just speculation.

I would test it on Open/Single.

I tested on Single, and i guarantee that it works... else i wouldnt of given you that memory Sov.
