What is the best Nasal Decongestant?

Ok well I don't know about you guys, but I'm always stuffed up or sick and it drives me insane. I was wondering if anyone knows some kind of medicine that actually freaking WORKS. Like you have used it and it has worked pretty well before. Sudafed, Tylenol Cold or sinus, Benedryl, other stuff. I don't know all of them, but i was just wondering if somebody knows some good medicine to take for this junk.My never ending snotty nose has got to stop because it pisses me off...

Benadryl works fine for me, but it'll make you drowsy.

Na allegra doesnt do anything for me. I need something heavy duty cause i got a lot of crap up in there.

180 mg is prob the heaviest allergy drug there is. Unless you want to get shots every week i would advise either allegra or possibly clarinex.

Clearly not all nasal problems are from Allergies. Some people have sinus problems or they just get a cold.

what about zyrtec? that is good, or singular? you have to get your doctor to prescribe it to you though

Afrin will clear up anything. I got addicted to it trying to get off cocaine tho lol.

I take claritan. It's not too good but its good enough for me.
