If it's on Ladder, I would upgrade that.

Also, you can tell if that is perfect by visiting the Arreat Summit.

very good find.. i find like 4-5 shafts everyday.. everyfew weeks i find a perf 2 sumtimes.
i upgrade most of em for my merc's and zons on west
