I'm proud of myself

Today, tacox was nice enough to make me my very own smiley...as seen below.

Well, my plan was to put it on each side of my sig-pic. But when I did so, I realized that the signs that the smileys were holding were both to the left...and it looked bad.

So, I put my brain to work, and fired up my "demo" version of Paintshop Pro 7. I figured out that I could "Mirror" the entire picture, but then the words were backwards.

So...I figured out that I could "crop" the words, copy them, paste them as a new file, copy the pasted words, paste them BACK into the original over top of the words, which are now mirrored, and then mirror the words which I just cropped and pasted in.

And it worked...and I did it all on my own...and I feel like an accomplished individual now.

Just a basic question...

Why was this moved?

And more fundamentally, what is the difference between General Mayhem, and Chat? I realize that you can spam in Chat, and not in GM...but what qualifies this for GM...and not Chat?
