Failed to Join Game help

Hey, ok this has been happening for months, never in 1.09 though. What happens is if I exit the game, then click create and create a game, I fail to join game, then next time I can create game. The only way for me to prevent that from happening is to click "enter chat" and click "join game" then wait for the game list to load, then create game and I can create fine, I dont know what is wrong, I have reinstalled Diablo a bunch of times before and nothing has been fixed, I just got jhj bot which owns, i left off at 105 total runs, 45 successful runs and 90% of the failures is because I fail to join game, could someone please help me? Oh yeah, I am using D2Loader and cant afford not having it.

its not you, your computer, or your game. It's battle.net. They have some sort of new anti bot procedure, so you have to wait about 5 seconds before making a new game after exiting one. It gets me really mad cause i also do it alot. Set the create new game delay in the bot settings to like 5 seconds and you should be fine.
