MF Question

Ok, seeing as how I cant connect to realms i downloaded this lvl 99 sorc with like hacked items... but I only have 100 MF thats from my armor... i have done a total of 5 meph runs, first one I found a 7% gaze, then the 4th run I found Lum rune. I was wondering if that fact that having 100 MF you find good stuff fast, being level 99 makes ur MF drops super good or if I just was really lucky and am bugged that that didnt happen on battle.net cause i have lousy luck.

2) MF has NO effect on runes dropping AT ALL!
