I like Trigger, but I couldn't get into the characters as well as I could with the ones on Chrono.

Chrono Trigger definitly, mainly because its a classic and its the first one, sequals are usually not as good.

I've heard Cross is better, but it's just too complex for me to handle right now, maybe during the summer I'll hit it again.

I burned myself out on CT as a kid, so I'm a bit more partial to Cross now that I understand the plot.

I liked Cross because of the plot and the character interaction. I can't wait for Chrono Break (if Square Enix releases the damn game)

I haven't played Trigger, but based on my brother's ramblings through an SNES emulator on one, I definitely want to try it. For now, my vote's on Cross...

I like the uniqueness of Chrono Cross. How you forge weapons with the right items. And the allocation system is teh own. Well, I'm currently working on a Pen and Paper game based on both Chrono games simply called "Chrono". http://www.angelfire.com/rpg2/kagomjackk/chronorpg.html check it out if you want

I never got into CC like i did CT.

Twenty-eight days... six hours... forty-two minutes... twelve seconds. That, is when the world will end.

The only other gripe I have about Cross (aside from the Rainbow Shell fiasco, as I call it) is that its world is pretty damn small. And you can't even get back to Terra Tower after you defeated the Time Devourer! What kind of !@&$*% is THAT?!

BTW did you guys get all the characters' Final Level Element attacks?

the best thing about CC is the amount of characters you can get and I love the battle system.

I had Kidd's, Glenn's, Doc's, Riddel's, and basically most of everybody else's Final Elements.

Did you get Pip to evolve?

My favorite party to explore the worlds with include Serge, Glenn, and Guile/Riddel (or basically anybody with high magical capabilities for healing and/or dealing painful destructive cast magic).
