Should it be legal?? If so describe why. Personally i think it should, no one would get speeding tickets, everyone would be calm and the world would be a much better place in my opinion. You never hear the statement "This person was killed due to an over dose in Marijuanna"

aS long as it was regulated like ciggs and alchohol, i wouldnt see a big problem in making it legal. I mean ciggs are worse for you if you ask me, and those are legal.

Thats a very good point. Marijuana is perscribed to sick people by doctors... why the hell would they give something that will harm you to you if you are sick.... Fact of the matter is, it wont be legalized because you can grow it and gain the same effect. Another reason is they cant tax it. Basically a greed problem if you ask me.

It would provide so many more jobs, too. Marijuana farming, dealing, etc.

its perscribed by doctors to sick people who are dying of cancer to alleviate some of the pain..

Yeah. That's all we need. If a factory were to burn down, everyone within a certain radius of it would be high. Adults and children alike. Fuuun.

I just read that the whole way through. Yes, no one was killed by ODing on Marijuana. You'd have to smoke a ton of the stuff to actually even do that.

But what bugs me the most about that post is "No one would get speeding tickets". Well...I don't agree with that statement. People under the influence of Marijuana are highly dangerous when behind a wheel.

You don't hear of people ODing on Marijuana, but you do hear about people killed by drivers under the influence of Marijuana.

Good point. Thereby if it ever became legal, you shouldnt be able to drive while "high" on it.

This isnt lSd or acid. I have heard that its not that bad, it just mellows you down. We should get the expert advice on ex-mania and adrenachrome before this conversation goes any farther. The know a lot more about weed then i ever will, or will care to know.

Marijuana does not impair your driving.. i dont know where you heard that, ive never had an accadent and ive been high 98% of the time i was driving. Never even came close to an accadent and never got any tickets... People that never done it have no room to say what it does to you or what it doesnt. Also, if packaging factory of marijuana burned down only the people in like a 2 foot radius would be high.... if your sitting in a car with the windows rolled up and theres a blunt being passed around if you dont hit the blunt your not going to get high..
