Something along those lines. Think of it as MS Paint with a basic airbrush, two layers and no undo capabilities whatsoever.

Think of paintchat not like mspaint, but like a simplified version of painter, or opencanvas. It's all java based, and is quite potent if used right. Keep practicing chruser lol

A lot of websites have it online, so just load the page and start drawing. There are downloadable versions too, but I can't remember the address to them on top of my head.
