I was playing diablo 2 one day, and the sound wasnt workign right. When my necro cast bone armor no sound was produced, same when my necro summoned a golem. I restarted my computer. Now, whenever i try ot get into a game, the graphics are all fuzzy and shit. They are fine for movies etc out of games, but the second im in it, they screw up. What could be wrong?

Hmmm, there's a few things you could try.

Reinstalling the game would help if it was some texture that got messed up.

Reinstalling your sound and video card drivers would help if a driver got corrupted.

Those are the easiest things to try, and hopefully something will make a difference. I would also suggest checking out Blizzard Tech support in case a similar problem has been reported and to see if they have any recomended fixes.

There is no need to wipe the computer, i've already spoken with him on AIM and we reinstalled D2 and it seems to work fine now with 800x600 resolustion, from inside the game.

Idiots....

To reinstall a driver do this:
Go to Control Panel.

Start > Control Panel > System > Device Manager > (Now there could be a few things here, Its probably under sound , gaming, and other devices.

Now go to the one that says sound, speakers, or AUDIO DRIVER. Double click it > Click on the DRIVER tab > Go to REINSTALL DRIVER > now you might need any software that came with your speakers, or your windows cd. There ya go.
