Think about this.

Electricity is connected to nearly everyone, that means even if no computer, almost everyone is networked together. If the government was smart enough (lol), u know that they somehow can listen, tap, and see using this electric circutry. TV's are another extension...if you can watch something live on tv...then what makes you think the government can't watch you through your tv...just an idea.

Wow John that is probably one of the stupidest theories I've ever read. Go brush up on your Dr. Seuss.

Probably you saw this in some movie. There are tons of CIA movies. If you watched "The recruit" the idea is mentioned there.

Come on do you really think someone is going to believe your theory. If they were doing that somebody would found that and all sorts of shits would happen, like CIA and the goverment are breking peoples privacy and who knows what else.

First, there's Murphy's "What can happen WILL happen" law.
Secondly, what you don't understand MOST DEFINITELY has the capability to do just about the opposite of what you expect.

Anyone who believes in my two statements should be shot. A TV is not constructed to record images using its screen, end of story.
