So, I download this one program off of a site (which I think that looks pretty real), but I find out from a reliable source that it has SOJFUSE (a trojan). How do I get rid of it?

Scan your comp with a online AV ( Anti Virus ) scanner. Then get a AV. Get a FW ( Fire Wall ).

This should prevent you from running a trojan, virus etc. If the AV dont detect the trojan, the FW will detect it since trojans usually need internet accssess which the FW detect it.

Be more careful next time .

I might just have to get my comp rebooted. That's what my programmer friend is saying.

I found out that I had a few files infected with Win32/Hantaner and a trojan horse that has still not been fixed.
