Umn is it just me or is there alot more hex charms out there on battle.net? Ive noticed alot more people giving them up for stuff...

There are two kinds of Hex charms.
Vita Hex = 90 str, 90 dex, 90 vita
Energy Hex = 90 Str, 90 dex, 90 energy.

Yes they were duped in the past, and I'm sure some people would own plenty of them. Before dupefest they were around ~8sojs in USWest.
