b.net mess up my friend list

first when i log in my old account with 4 freind, then i log to my usally account which got like max friend on the list .. but it's only showing 4 that my old account have, i though i wait next time i log in and it go back but it didt , what should i do should i email them? but i lost my c-d key is that still ok? and wut's that e-mail address? thx
