www.znes.com for the best Snes emulator, and
www.pe2000.net for FF3 rom.

www.pe2000.net should work... it works for me. It does have FF3 rom. I can guarantee.

I can't beleive I missed this thread.
FF3 is the best game EVER, and I mean it too.
Unfortuenaly, my RM2K rpg should be better if I spend a few years on it
