Even if it is directed at two Zelaron members and specifically done for the purpose of harassment?

I remember someone (a former mod maybe) being banned for scamming somebody or stealing an account on D2.

The difference with that case (`Insolence`) was that he used Zelaron to set up a scam to get the other members password and rip off his account. Meaning, through PMs, the bot transfer (Which was trojaned) was set up so that he could steal his password.

You may argue that D3V got her website from Zelaron, but I guess that is one of the drawbacks of using another website to advertise for youself.

The instance here and at Jinx's Xanga is separate and shouldn't effect one another.

Okay well, if the case is that he simply can't be held responsible for what he does there, then that's the case.

Note that I'm going to have negative feelings toward him. I hope lots of members have negative feelings for him (pre-existing, or after that post). I can't even phrase how offended I am that he would do something like that. He even denied it to me on AIM initially despite the fact that the IPs matched. In case anyone actually doubts that the IP match is enough proof, he admitted to doing it later.

Oh, of course that is fine, as long as it doesn't present a huge bias towards every little thing he does in the future. There are still rules, and even as much as we don't like someone (For me, zagggon), we still have to respect their right to post at Zelaron, as long as they follow the rules.

And now he's spamming Jinx's chatter box. How fucking mature is that?

It's clear, D3V has some MAJOR problems. I think he has gone way past trying to be funny by iratating Bob and it sounds personal. Anyone have any idea what is wrong with him?

I thought D3V had intended to improve his behavior on this forum. Wasn't there a point when he had noted that his whole racist persona was all a false-front, and that he did it solely to gain attention? In fact, I specifically recall recieving a PM from D3V, stating that he intended to try and patch up all the bridges he had burned while he was here. Was that all one huge hallucination? What the hell happened?

Yeah, I don't know about that either. He was very adament, even in Talk To The Staff threads about changing his whole attitude in hopes of future Moderator positions. He was doing quite well for a while, IMO at least, then this recent stint of "crazy" went through Zelaron and he was affected the most.

Just FYI, you know what comes after the crazies? The apologies. Guess what follows those... the fucking crazies again.

Yesterday (maybe the day before.. I'm pretty tired) we had some semblance of a rational conversation in which he opened by apologizing for acting so shitty. Later that day, (right after for all I know... I didn't see when it happened) he used what I had said in that conversation to harrass and insult Silverjinx on her website.

So don't be surprised when D3V comes back and apologizes for all the things he did. I won't be. Nor will I be when it turns out that he was insincere.

Yeah on my site he'll say a lot of bull shit things and then say "okay, okay...I'm sorry I'm not going to post here ever again...sorry." ...but 5 min.'s later he'll post something hateful...
