The difference with that case (`Insolence`) was that he used Zelaron to set up a scam to get the other members password and rip off his account. Meaning, through PMs, the bot transfer (Which was trojaned) was set up so that he could steal his password.

You may argue that D3V got her website from Zelaron, but I guess that is one of the drawbacks of using another website to advertise for youself.
