Worst Panic Attack

i've never had a panic attack, so like, from your post, it's starting to scare me to have one......

i had a panic attack only a few weeks ago, i was stressing over my car being stolen, when infact it was in the exact spot i parked it, just on the level above me, haha . i nearly passed out from breathing so fast everything went completely fuzzy. never stressed so much in my life, god damn expensive car >< (expensive for me anyway :P)
