3-weeks after I bought some weights and workout equipment and started a 5-day regiment...20 pounds gone. Geez, what a successful workout retinue I've designed. Seeing as how I'm not really greatly overweight, more or less just really out-of-shape. Then again, it's pretty extreme to the point that I can barely stand up after it's over. Plus all I've been eating is meat and yogurt; And drinking water. Well, I'm happy. Now all I have to do is keep it up and eventually it'll become easy, I think.
