Church rebuffs military concerns on Quran burning

Problem is, I only have a few like-minded friends and the ones who agree on this particular issue aren't motivated enough to do anything about it, they'd rather sit around and smoke weed. But the ones who actually have drive and passion about everything, are the dipshit fringe who have to make their opinions heard.

I can't believe how much news media this guy has been getting. I remember L&T interviewing this guy over a month ago when he first announced what he was going to do and nothing really ran with it, I guess there's something around 9/11 every year that gets played out. Is it wrong to hope for violence to happen against this guy?

Utah ACLU Executive Director Karen McCreary her organization is concerned about the wave of anti-Muslim sentiment, the pastor's actions are not criminal in nature and should not be considered hate crimes. "The answer is not to impinge on people's rights to protest, even when their speech is distasteful or offensive," she says. McCreary says this pastor's free speech rights are protected under the Constitution. "We can't pick and choose who is protected by the Constitution," she says. "The answer to hateful speech is really for so many more people to speak up and counteract it rather than infringe this constitutional right."

ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? This bullshit has been on the news for the last week. About 40 hours ago he first announced that he wasn't going to burn the Quran's anymore. A few hours later he explained that he may have been tricked and/or lied to but at the same time he was optimistic that "a deal could be made". Today he has said there has been no decision.

Now if you'd like to take your head out of your ass at any point you are more than welcome, and if you could directly show me how I am the retard and stop acting so butt-hurt, be my guest.
