Anybody heard about this?

A 7.0 earthquake struck yesterday some time around 6pm eastern and has caused massive amounts of damage.

Only insult is added to injury when you take into consideration how poor of a nation Haiti is. Not to mention the widespread diseases that may arise from this catastrophic disaster.

Stuff like this convinces me that there is no sentient, loving supreme being. It's just fucked up, indescribably.

"Our embassy is still in the early stages of contacting American citizens through our Warden Network," the U.S. State Department said in a statement. "Communications are very difficult within Haiti at this time."
