Minor Grievances

Bleh. Just bleh.

Some wanker in the offices has decided that the legal obligation of paying employees on a set date (20th) or before it (in this case tomorrow - 18th) if that date falls at a weekend, is more of a guideline, and is paying us on Monday (21st) instead...

I fell even FURTHER behind Lenny on the stats...

I think that perhaps...instead of having one massive hangover for a short time after getting wasted, my hangovers are milder but last days...

Up at six in the morning, and my housemates are still arguing about rooms. I seem to be the one that the three talk to about rooms, too.

Stomach still feels off...

Dropped a pallet on my foot, and now I've got a swelling the size of a golf ball below my ankle and it hurts to walk.

Oh, and I managed to slice another finger open. Note to self: stay away from sharp objects.

As one friend has told me, though: "On the one hand, that sucks. On the other, aside from the dropping it's pretty manly." Oh. Yeah.
