Gotta get to that 12 minute mark (military standard).
Actually 13 minute 2 mile is a perfect score for the physical training test. Anything faster than that is wasted unless you score perfect for the push-ups and sit-ups. If you score 100 points in each event then you are allowed to tally whatever extra you did into your score. The highest score I have personally seen someone get was around a 380. Oh and we have this extremely buff short guy that can do 180+ push-ups in 2 minutes.

Holy shit, 180+ in 2 minutes... I haven't tried, but I always thought of myself as decent at push-ups, and I can probably only do 75 or so in 2 minutes. Actually, maybe I'll try right now.

And then I imagine Titusfied dropping down on the floor at work and doing push-ups.

Actually, I'm on flex schedule for the summer and I'm home since I worked half a day today.

Nice. When're you gonna take over the firm?

My bro's graduating with his EE degree next semester with like a 3.9 GPA and as a member of whatever the honorary engineering frat is. How much do you expect he'll make?

Hmm, I'd say that he'll make around $60k, maybe less depending on where he is looking for a job and who with? I'm honestly not positive how much inflation occurred since I last graduated, but that is a fair assessment.

I have gotten my mile time down to 6:30 finally. Next goal is less than 6 minutes per mile for 2 miles. I have been running everyday, twice a day about 10k a day cross country and it has really made an impact on my physical condition. Now I just ordered a "MiR 50Lbs Short Adjustable Weighted Vest" to help pull me under the 6 minute mark.

Well that was interesting. I did 77, and it wasn't for lack of time. I could barely lift myself anymore by that time...

Okay that's what I was looking for.

I guess it's now at week 4:

I'm now up to
83 pushups in 2 minutes
91 situps in 2 minutes

1.5 miles in 14 minutes lulz. I'm so close to that damn mark, I'm going running like every day for this entire week to get my mile time on lock, and i'm going to kill the Ab machines to try and make up some of the ground.
