I didn't say they were. The bestiary category for Fetish is Bone Fetish and they're undead, while the bestiary category for the Fallen one is Fallen, and they're demons.
I mean I hope they'd also bring back something like Bone Fetish or similar because the fallen one by themselves doesn't cut it.
