Should D3V be unbanned?

I kinda figured he was D3v. Couldn't make it more inconspicuous eh???

He actually did a pretty good job of covering it up, honestly. In the beginning, he asked why he couldn't post without a mod approving his post, making it look like he didn't actually know about the approval system. Also, he posted his level/server in the WoW sticky, saying he played on server he doesn't play on. Not to mention that there isn't an exact IP match anyway, so doing an IP search on Hancock shows no matches with D3v. I had to actually look at both of their IP addresses and see that they're from the same place.

Actually it was more like pointing out that D3v is a sneaky bastard, but twist it however you want.
