Depends on the situation. If it involves a personal gain, then yes. But if I that personal gain quickly turns into a loss of anything that gives me satisfaction and gain, then no. I'd only do "it" if I knew the circumstances beforehand, but then what about random variables that affect your situation without your control? What then? I don't know!
