I'm getting Live at my apartment TONIGHT. Oh, God, I've been waiting months for my laptop to get fixed. I finally got it back and Comcast is coming to hook up cable tonight. I'm incredibly excited. If anybody wants to play (Halo 3) tonight I'll be on from probably 6-7 pm to whenever. I don't have my gamertag yet, but I'll come back to this thread tonight and post it once I have it registered and everything.

Nope, the gamertag is permenant. You can set up a new one, but you'll lose all your accomplishments and game save data (because your xbox profile is now locked into your old gamertag). BTW, peoples, there is a spot in your forum profile to put your XBox Live and PSN IDs so people can find them easily.
