Whoa :o

Go play basketball. Even against yourself can wear you out pretty quick if you aren't in shape. Shit when I used to play at our local park i'd just slam the ball against the backboard and run full court and do a layup, and repeat for like 30 minutes straight then shoot around for another halfhour, then run more full courts.. back when I was in good shape, haha I'm sure it'd take a while to get used to it again.

Yeah I know that basketball is great, but I have only been as big as I am since september. I took a pill which made me starving and always sleepy. I used to be 60 pounds less, I am really pissed at my doctor who obviously did not research the pill before giving it to me,! I'm off the pill now, and I've been doing more activity latly and have already lost 15pounds, I guess if I just continue I will get back to normal in a year or so.

Na, I was in shape and using the computer a lot before, so I know that's not it. But I'm getting back in shape, I will succeed and say I lost weight on the zelaron diet.
